Use Method
Usage for hot compress:
1)To active:
Flex the metal disc inside the pad back and forth to start the reaction. The liquid will be getting crystallize. When the crystallization completed, squeeze the heat pad to make it soft and ready to use.
2)To recharge:
Place the heat pad in boiling water with cloth below for about 5 minutes until all the crystals disappear, then recharge it.
Usage for cold compress:
Placed the heat cold pad in the refrigerator (not freezer) , don’t flex the metal disc; take it out after 20-30 minutes.
